Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is owned by renowned theatrical producer Sir Cameron Mackintosh, and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End.
Ashford has worked with DMT and its partners to convert its existing comprehensive face-to-face training resources into valuable e‑learning, and then host the modules on a robust and expandable Learning Management System.
We developed a suite of interactive modules on a number of topics including Front of House Induction, Customer Service, Disability and Access, and Data Protection. Every theatre is different, so we tailored some of the content individually for each of DMT’s eight venues. This ensured, for instance, that staff learnt how to meet the specific needs of their visitors. The LMS is now an integral part of the learning experience.
We designed the modules to be easy to use and friendly. They incorporate videos, scenarios, quizzes and assessments.
